Mental Health Therapist
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and have 12 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. A significant part of my work centers on supporting new moms navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, and the identity shifts that come with motherhood. Many of the women I work with experience guilt, shame, and overwhelm as they strive to be the best mothers they can be, yet often feel like they’re falling short. As a mother myself, I understand how intense and complex this transition can be. I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience into our work together, and I feel honored to support women during this meaningful season of life
.
I am also the author of Wild or Tame, I Love You the Same, a children’s book inspired by both my work with mothers and my own experience with my daughter. The book is a reminder to both parents and children that love remains steady, even when we show up imperfectly, and helps children feel safe navigating big emotions.
I take a trauma-informed approach when working with my clients. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, self-compassion, and mind–body techniques, always moving at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, soaking up the sunshine (when it’s not 100+ degrees!), and going on walks with my dog.
