Birth and Perinatal professionals often lead stressful careers as they pour into those they are caring for.
Join us Saturday June 14th to learn about self-care strategies for birth professionals and businesses from Tracy Lehman LMFT-S, member of Katy Birth Network since 2024 and owner of Emovere Collective Counseling.
After discussing ways to implement self-care into our daily lives, we will get to indulge in a self-care experience with Lisa Kidd, owner of Self Care Club. Lisa is a local mother of two, long time business owner and practicioner of self care practices. She will be sharing with us a 30 minute session of meditation, breathwork of sound energy healing.
