I offer birth doula support to families all over Greater Houston Area as well as Childbirth Education. Birth support has two package options that can suit brand new first time parents as well as more seasoned parents. Additionally, if a family only needs help with planning their birth, I offer planning session that do not include in person birth support. Childbirth Eduction includes private 1-on-1 in home as well as in person group classes (Jersey Village). My approach to birth learning is fresh and engaging. I have created my own curriculum based on my own experience as a doula supporting pregnant people and understanding their needs.

I earned my birth doula certification in 2023 and have been supporting birth ever since. I believe that expecting families should feel solid in their choices and trusting of their process. I work to ensure my clients are fully educated and understanding of their options so they can experience the type of birth that leaves them feeling fulfilled and not blindsided. I will always work to help my clients find clarity. I want their birth story filled with empowered decision making and not ego or coercion. My approach to doula support is very personalized. I try to understand the goals of my client and support them in they way that THEY need. My first-time birth package has private childbirth education included. In our prenatal meetings we will get to know one another and work through their options as we learn all about the birth process. I find childbirth education to be foundational and hugely impactful in birth outcome. My birth classes are fun and comprehensive. They are flexible and well rounded. Because I have built my curriculum, I am able to adapt it to the group or family I am meeting with.
